If unit is found to be defective or customer feels item has been misrepresented, notify Fire Diamond Enterprises prior to returning item. Customer is responsible for all shipping/insurance and handling fees. Return item using same freight carrier service and comparable packaging as unit received. Item will be repaired, replaced or refunded as determined by Fire Diamond Enterprises.

If unit is experiencing malfunctions during the specified warranty period contact Fire Diamond Enterprises for evaluation.
